Please read these terms carefully before starting to use the GetChart service.

1. Disclaimer

GetChart is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment consultant.

All information, charts, indicators (Order Flow, Liquidation Maps, Delta), and signals are provided strictly for informational purposes. Trading cryptocurrencies and derivatives involves a high risk of complete loss of capital.

You accept full responsibility for your trading decisions. The service administration is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of using information from our website.

2. Subscription and Payment

  • Access to expanded functionality is provided on a paid basis (subscription).
  • All payments are processed through the third-party service CryptoBot. We do not store your card details.
  • Refund Policy: Since we provide a digital product (data access) and intangible services, funds for an activated subscription are non-refundable, except in cases of technical inability to provide the service due to our fault for more than 72 hours.

3. Service Operation ("AS IS")

We strive to ensure 24/7 service availability, however, data comes from third parties (Binance exchange, Coinalyze API). We do not guarantee the absence of delays, errors, or technical failures caused by problems on the side of exchanges or internet providers.

4. Prohibited Use

Users are prohibited from:

  • Transferring access to their account to third parties (Multilogin).
  • Using automated scripts (scraping) to collect data from our website without permission via API.
  • Copying or reselling our proprietary indicators and data.

Violation of these rules may lead to account blocking without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All indicator calculation algorithms, website design, GetChart logo, and software code are the property of the project. Market data (prices, volumes) belong to the respective exchanges, but their visualization and processing are our intellectual product.

If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the service.
