We respect your privacy and collect only the data necessary for the platform to function.
1. What data do we collect?

Telegram Data: When you log in via Telegram, we receive your public
user_id, name, and (if available) username. This is needed solely for creating your profile.

Chart Settings: We save your selected tools, timeframes, and indicator settings so you don't have to configure them every time.

Technical Logs: IP address and browser type (User Agent) to protect against DDoS attacks and abuse.

Alerts/Notifications: to know which signal and when to send it to you.
2. What we DO NOT store?

Payment Data: We never see or store your bank card numbers or wallet seed phrases. All payments are processed by the external provider CryptoBot.

Exchange API Keys: GetChart is an analytical platform, not a trading bot. We do not ask for or store your API keys from Binance or Bybit for trading.
3. Data Transfer to Third Parties
We do not sell or transfer your personal data to advertisers. The only cases of data transfer are:
- CryptoBot (Telegram): To process your subscription status (Paid/Unpaid).
- Law Enforcement: Only in cases provided by current legislation and upon official request.
4. Data Protection
All traffic between you and our server is encrypted using the SSL/HTTPS protocol.
Access to the database is restricted to authorized GetChart project technical specialists only.
5. Account Deletion
You have the right to request the complete deletion of your data from our system at any time.
