To ensure maximum convenience and speed, all processes regarding registration, subscription management, and payments on the GETCHART platform are handled exclusively through our specialized Telegram bot.

In the Telegram bot, you can:

• Check the status of your current subscription.
• See the expiration date of your subscription (how long it remains active).
• Get quick access to admin support.

✅ Step-by-Step Registration & Payment Process

1. Go to our official Telegram Bot.
2. Click the "Start" button.
3. Select your preferred interface language.
4. In the menu, select the "Subscription" option and choose your desired plan (e.g., Monthly, Yearly).
5. Choose a payment method convenient for you:
   • Payment via CryptoBot:

     Select the cryptocurrency for payment. CryptoBot will automatically generate a unique invoice. You must transfer exactly the amount specified in the invoice within the allotted time. After a successful transaction, you will receive a notification about your subscription activation.

   • Payment via Administrator:

     Select this option to send a message to the administrator. Specify which subscription (duration) you wish to purchase. The administrator will provide you with payment details. After confirming the receipt of funds, the administrator will manually activate your subscription.

❗️ What if there is a problem?

If CryptoBot confirmed the payment, but you did not receive a confirmation in our bot or cannot log in to the site, please contact the administrator immediately.
